Our “Local Experts” Map
We are building a network of “Local Experts” so that we can refer patients with early T1D to a nearby provider for education and metabolic monitoring. To partner with Ask the Experts and be added to our map, please fill out or HCP Sign-Up Form (and be sure to select the “Local Expert partner” checkbox).
